We specialise in the harvesting of Merluccius Capensis by means of the longline method.
Our Vessel is the MFV Shivon which is a state of the art Longline vessel which produces (PQ) perfect quality hake . This product is handled with utmost care on our vessel and chilled according to exacting standards as laid out by the Sanitary requirements.
The fish is then offloaded to a EU Registered HACCP approved facility where it is packed in Poly Boxes and airfreighted to various clients in Europe.
1-2 kg, 2-3 kg, 3-4 kg, 4kg + (mixed)
Chilled in Poly Box with a sachet of ice and temp recorder per batch.
